Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Shawnee, Kansas to help with store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily store functions, supervise associates, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs; you will help with opening/closing, scheduling, payroll tasks, and ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise and stockroom flow.
• Participate in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Train and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Protect company assets and follow policies.
