Qualifications

• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays a customer-focused mindset and delivers an engaging, positive customer experience.
• Handles customer situations per policy and escalates when needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe store and organized stockroom to maximize customer experience.
• Shares customer feedback with leadership to improve service.
• Acts as floor supervisor during non-peak periods and supports associates.
• Drives store metrics by coaching sales staff and ensuring policy compliance.
