Job summary

The role requires retail experience, supervisory exposure, and strong cash-handling skills. You will support Store Manager operations, including opening/closing and cash controls, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training, and conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and control of damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planograms to ensure merchandise presentation as directed.
• Support financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits; manage refunds and overrides.
• Assist with store leadership in the Store Manager's absence.
