Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Rotate and display merchandise; manage stocking and planograms per direction.
• Maintain accurate inventory and control damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Ensure cash control; count tills and deposits and authorize refunds per policy.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
