You will perform stocking, cashiering, and duty coverage, open/close two days weekly, and support the Store Manager to maximize profitability while protecting assets.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and reliability.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash register and scanner; process transactions and deposits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Schedule employees, train staff, and conduct safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and markdowns.
• Ensure planograms and product presentation follow store standards.
• Uphold cash controls, authorize refunds/overrides, and deposit funds.
• Assist Store Manager in managing the store in their absence.
