Pandora is a leading jewelry brand known for empowering people to express themselves through hand-finished pieces. The Assistant Store Manager will immerse in our culture, support the Store Manager, and drive sales by engaging with customers and leading the sales team on the shop floor.

The role requires a results-oriented leader with at least 2 years in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff to achieve KPI targets while maintaining brand

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Spend quality time on the sales floor engaging with customers to drive sales.
• Support the Store Manager and assist in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and inspire sales team to meet KPIs and improve store performance.
• Uphold brand standards and store merchandising in line with Pandora guidelines.
