Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to train and direct a team to deliver excellent service.
• Comfort with opening and closing store operations.

Responsibilities

• SALES: Maintain personal results while directing the team to provide customer service.
• MERCHANDISING: Execute HO product direction and store-level product decisions to drive sales.
• OPERATIONS: Open/close the store, reconcile registers, process markdowns, transfers, promotions, and inventory audits.
