Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving store goals and directives.
• Supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence.
• Help with merchandising, restocking, scheduling and selling.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Maintain inventory awareness and support profitability across departments.
• Ensure customer service is consistently high and policies are followed.
