Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing adequate training, conducting safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, rotating merchandise, and building displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by controlling damages and markdowns; assist with audits.
• Assist in execution and maintenance of planograms and store presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and cash handling procedures; authorize refunds and deposits.
• Assist with management of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
