Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for employees.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, and displaying.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and markdowns.
• Ensure planograms are followed and merchandise is presented properly.
• Maintain financial integrity via cashier procedures and deposit handling.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
