Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to various situations.
• Good organization with attention to detail.
• Ability to read diagrams, safety rules and manuals.
• Basic math, percentages, and cash handling knowledge.
• Experience with cash registers and reporting.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling staff, training, and safety meetings.
• Follow processes for stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation.
• Assist in financial integrity including refunds, deposits, and cash control.
• Support Store Manager in their absence.
