Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Rochester, NY. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise from delivery to floor, and participate in opening/closing procedures while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and train team members and ensure policy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stockroom to company standards.
