Qualifications

• Reading and explaining operational directives to store staff.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Support customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Help merchandise movement from delivery to sales floor and organize seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain store communications.
• Maintain front-end displays and promotional effectiveness.
• Aid in ordering, handling damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked, and secure assets.
• Support Store Manager in training and developing staff.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional customer interactions.
