Job summary

Dollar Tree in Dillon, MT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and help train and supervise store associates to maintain a high standard of customer experience.

The role includes opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling support, inventory handling, and ensuring a clean, safe, and compliant store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention efforts.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Foster a safe, respectful environment and professional customer interactions.
