Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers positively and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and store-related communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas well-stocked and clean; protect store assets.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates via Manager guidance.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, restocking, and presentation of bathrooms and floors.
