Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store env preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/stooping.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged merchandise; keep records.
• Maintain well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
