Salary Range: $29.74 - $46.70 per hour
Job Summary: As an Experience Leader, you will provide exceptional leadership and service, driving the pet parent experience, ensuring safety, and achieving store results. Responsibilities include people leadership, managing store operations, business growth, and maintaining store standards.
Qualifications: 3-5 years in retail leadership or a customer-focused environment, full-time availability, proficiency in computer applications, strong communication skills, and the ability to react under pressure.
