Primary Duties

• Supervise and support associates to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales and KPI goals, and foster customer loyalty, with an emphasis on both in-store and Omni-channel sales.
• Engage, train, and develop team members, recruit externally when needed, and address performance and conduct through coaching and counseling.
• Ensure store operations adhere to company processes, including inventory management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and digital strategies like Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe store environment, protect assets, and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Preferably 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience and 1+ year management experience.
• Effective communication skills and scheduling availability.
• Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
