PacSun in Kennesaw, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, profitability, and a positive customer experience. You will lead the team, ensure policy compliance, and coach associates to achieve KPI targets.

The role requires a passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to balance operations with guest service. Weekend and peak-season availability is expected.

Formación

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience
• Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempts to 'solve for yes' and escalates issues as appropriate
• Maintains a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience
• Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associate's performance
• Drives efficiency in all operational store processes
