Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling and training of employees; conduct safety meetings.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and execute planograms per Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and manage damages, markdowns, and stock rotation.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
