As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive sales through engagement and service, while partnering with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams is preferred.
• Strong guest-service attitude and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate staff to achieve targets.

Responsibilities
