Job summary

Da Vien Coffee is seeking an Area Manager to lead and cultivate a strong team of Store Managers across multiple locations. You will report to the District Manager and Operations Manager and drive consistency in quality, service, and efficiency.

The role requires 40 hours per week with variable shifts, including early mornings and weekends. You will hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff, manage inventories and costs, and lead new store openings.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of management experience, preferably multi-store
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop staff
• Experience with inventory control and cost management
• Passion for coffee and customer service excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Store Managers and Assistant Managers across up to 7 locations
• Ensure quality, service, and operational standards consistently
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Manage inventory, costs, and vendor relationships to meet budget goals
• Collaborate with HQ and departments to execute programs and launches
