Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales reports and KPIs; implement business strategies with the Store Manager.
• Set and communicate clear expectations; hold team accountable for standards.
• Manage budgets, perform operational activities, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
• Motivate and develop high-performing teams; promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns promptly, and promote brand standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching staff; support HR processes and employee engagement.

Qualifications
