Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through to completion.
• Maintain high quality of customer service and numeric/retail calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure Company standards are met.
• Assist in managing payroll hours and scheduling to meet business objectives.
• Support recruiting, training and development of non-exempt associates.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
