Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Computer skills include iPad-based POS, email, MS Office, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
• Proven ability to deliver sales results.
• Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented with strong customer service.
• Goal-oriented with ownership and accountability for performance.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with the Store Manager.
• Drive results with an entrepreneurial mindset and use available tools.
• Act as a brand ambassador in the local market and participate in community activities.
• Understand and use retail systems and reporting tools.
• Maintain inventory control and assist with loss prevention and quarterly inventory.
• Oversee opening/closing, returns, and customer issues.
• Train and coach associates to meet sales/service expectations.
• Maintain visual standards and dress code compliance.
• Communicate needs and issues to the Store Manager promptly.
• Foster teamwork, enthusiasm, and a positive store environment.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team selling goals.
• Build repeat business through client outreach and follow-up.
