Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze reports and identify merchandising/presentation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by partnering with the Store Manager and leading by example to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Set the course by building sales and service relationships with guests and guiding team behavior to model strong sales and service.
• Develop the team and maintain an island-inspired shopping atmosphere through effective training and performance expectations.
