Role: Assistant Store Manager

At Reformation, every team member is passionate about excellence, customer obsession, and sustainability. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in leading the store to achieve goals, enhance customer experience, and uphold our brand standards.

What You'll Do:
  1. Measure and monitor sales performance; take actions to improve business results.
  2. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  3. Drive an elevated client experience as a brand ambassador, educating on sustainability.
  4. Lead the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service and building loyalty.
  5. Assist customers, coach team members, and optimize sales interactions.
  6. Manage staffing and scheduling to balance sales and service goals.
  7. Maintain high NPS scores through exceptional customer experiences.
  8. Ensure inventory accuracy and store controls, training staff accordingly.
  9. Contribute to loss prevention efforts and operational execution to meet revenue targets.
  10. Oversee store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness standards.
  11. Provide feedback on product and sales performance to influence business strategies.
  12. Develop visual and digital merchandising skills within the team.
  13. Support hiring, training, and developing retail staff for career growth.
What You Bring:
  • Minimum 4 years retail management experience.
  • Experience in fast-paced, operationally intensive environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and collaborate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
  • Availability for full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Understanding of retail labor laws; GSuite experience is a plus.
