Job summary

Teso Life Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Lynnwood, WA to support daily store execution, shift leadership, merchandising, replenishment and customer service.

You will coach employees, manage expiration checks, and assist with closing procedures to maintain a safe, well-organized store. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on on-site operations, inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive service and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above in retail management, marketing, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of store management experience in retail, supermarkets, beauty, lifestyle retail or service industries.
• Familiar with store sales, merchandising, replenishment, inventory expiration, shrink control, cashier procedures, customer service, scheduling and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead store manager task execution and shift leadership to ensure smooth on-site operations.
• Oversee replenishment, merchandising, pricing labels, POP materials and promotional displays.
• Manage customer service, complaints, returns/exchanges and in-store service exceptions.
• Coach employees, provide on-the-spot reminders and corrections for execution issues.
• Support closing procedures, cash handling, and safety checks during store closures.
