Job summary

Stonebriar Auto Services, America’s fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to provide hands-on leadership and training for store teammates. You will guide safety practices, motivate staff, and ensure guest service and financial goals are met while fostering an energetic workplace.

The role may involve performing duties of Lube Techs and Mechanics when needed, with a valid driver’s license required for operations and training purposes.

Qualifications

• Vehicle maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Supervisory experience, or stable work history in a physical environment; training available.
• Current and valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance and motivation to store teammates.
• Ensure operational objectives, financial performance and guest service meet goals.
• Perform functions of other store team members as needed due to business needs or absences.
