The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day operations of the store, while adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures.

- Complete daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
- Supervise, develop, train, and discipline non-exempt employees, ensuring operational standards are upheld.
- Monitor shift cash handling and inventory, assist in investigations of shortages or overages, and inventory variations.
- Maintain business records, review cashier accountability sheets, and perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and administrative duties following cash control policies.
- Manage cash procedures, maintain store standards, ensure cleanliness and sanitation, and ensure store security and safety.
- Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries, engage in promotional initiatives.

Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
