Job summary

Cloverkey LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our hospital gift shop in Dallas. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team on shift, and ensure a warm, efficient shopping experience for patients, families and staff.

You will oversee daily operations, assist with sales goals, training, and merchandising, and step in as acting manager when needed. Strong customer service and basic POS skills are required; high school diploma preferred.

Join Our Team

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of our hospital gift shops. In this role, you'll support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of the store, provide leadership to the team, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. When the Store Manager is unavailable, you'll step into the leadership role and oversee all store operations.

What You'll Do

• In the absence of the Store Manager, oversee store operations, prepare bank deposits, and ensure the store is properly staffed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of retail experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
