Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview:

In this engaging leadership role, the Assistant Store Manager champions Papa Murphy’s commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by:

1. Creating a positive experience and culture every day for employees
2. Modeling excellent customer service and training store personnel to do the same
3. Applying business skills to create efficient operations, happy guests, and a profitable store
4. Providing administrative support through accurate reporting, tracking and reconciling coupons and certificates, and creating and posting work schedules
5. Ensuring safety and compliance with operational and health labor laws at Federal, State, and Local levels
6. Monitoring cash procedures, ensuring accuracy of bank deposits, cash drawers, reconciliation, and resolving cash variances
7. Creating an exceptional pizza experience for every guest
8. Assuming store operations in the absence of the Store Manager to develop management skills
