A leading company in the beauty retail sector is seeking a Store Manager to oversee store operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to various retail environments and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing, and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers, as part of their development, support the Store Manager in all outlined areas and are responsible for all Primary Duties when the Store Manager is not present.
Primary Duties
Brand : Provides supervision and supports the direction & planning of associates’ daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive customer loyalty in assigned stores. Emphasis on both the in-store selling model and Omni-channel. Ensures all brand standards are met, such as merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc. Acts as the main contact to resolve customer issues and concerns. Analyzes store trends and anticipates customer demands.
People : Engages, trains, and develops teams to achieve positive results. Uses internal hiring platforms and actively recruits to build a strong network of external candidates. Identifies individual strengths and opportunities for associates, providing coaching or counseling as needed. Holds teams accountable to company policies and expectations. Maintains positive relations by resolving concerns and sharing relevant company information. Builds strong relationships with Store Manager peers. Ensures consistent and timely communication with Assistant Managers and District Managers. Fosters an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Operations : Ensures execution of all company processes through training, management, analysis, and continuous improvement. Supports digital strategies such as Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS / SDD / BOPIS). Manages inventory through ordering and shipment processing. Oversees payroll and scheduling to meet business needs. Ensures proper store opening and closing procedures are followed. Executes company directives, assignments, and projects timely and accurately.
Safety / Loss Prevention : Ensures the store environment is safe for all, enforces policies, and protects assets by following inventory and cash control procedures related to shrink, damages, and banking. Utilizes all available reporting, tools, and technology. Ensures compliance with HAZMAT training and protocols.

Physical and Working Conditions
