Job summary

Shoe Carnival is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations in Waxahachie, TX. This full-time role acts as a key holder, leading by example and driving a customer-first store environment.

You will support the General Manager in achieving sales goals, lead service initiatives, and train associates on processes and standards. This role offers hands-on leadership and opportunities for growth within retail management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Due to keyholder responsibilities, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

• Due to keyholder responsibilities, including store opening/closing and equipment use, applicants must be at least 18 years of age
