The Solutions Manager is a key driver for the guest experience and leading a selling culture in the Pet Care Center, aligned with Petco’s vision of “Healthier Pets. Happier People. Better World.” They serve as the Selling Model champion, coaching and mentoring team members in selling and engagement to support customer experience. They assist the General Manager in hiring, developing, scheduling, and managing a high-performing team that drives top-line sales across all categories, including services, while managing operational standards and safety procedures.

This role requires support during peak hours, including weekends. Most duties are indoors, but occasional physical tasks may be necessary. Some travel may be required.
Regular contact with the public, other departments, vendors, and external partners for coordination and service delivery.
