Job summary

Shoe Station in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, act as key holder, and support the General Manager in achieving sales goals.

You will lead customer service, train associates, manage visual merchandising, handle cash with accuracy, and promote loss prevention while maintaining a friendly, team-focused environment for growth into future retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

• Great customer service and a positive attitude
• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
• Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Due to keyholder responsibilities, including store opening/closing and equipment use, applicants must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable bending, reaching, and working on your feet
