Job summary

The Assistant Store Manager will ensure excellent customer service, manage opening/closing duties, and support scheduling, training, and policy adherence while maintaining merchandising standards and accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, operating cash registers, and processing purchases.
• Opening and closing the store multiple times weekly.
• Assisting with employee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Managing merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking, and display setup following company standards.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and controlling damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Supporting the implementation of planograms to ensure proper merchandise presentation.
• Upholding financial integrity through cashier accountability, key control, cash handling, and deposit procedures.
• Assisting in store management during the Store Manager's absence.
