Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Chambersburg to support daily operations and deliver outstanding customer service. Under supervision of the Store Manager, you will supervise staff, oversee merchandising, and handle administrative tasks such as paperwork and deposits.

You will open and close the store, operate cashier functions, schedule and train employees, run safety meetings, manage receiving, stocking, and planogram-based displays, and help maintain accurate inventory
