Compensation Pay Range
$20.76 - $26.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, and multiple premiums if applicable.

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Manages the store during the Store Manager’s absence or shift changes, leading team members in servicing customers.

Essential Job Functions

1. Lead the team in providing excellent customer service.
2. Supervise customer service levels and team member execution of programs.
3. Assist in staffing during peak hours.
4. Help set team goals, provide feedback, coaching, and training updates.
5. Participate in hiring processes and evaluate candidates.
6. Answer phones per company policy.
7. Ensure timely processing of online orders, transfers, and special orders.
8. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
9. Ensure merchandise invoicing and proper communication of messages and merchandising tasks.
10. Ensure compliance with policies, work schedules, and proper clocking in/out.
11. Perform opening/closing duties, including security and deposit procedures.
12. Maintain store facilities and equipment.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities

Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.

Desired: Certified Parts Professional, ASE Certification, multilingual fluency (Spanish highly preferred).
