Compensation Pay Range
$20.76 - $26.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, and multiple premiums if applicable.
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Manages the store during the Store Manager’s absence or shift changes, leading team members in servicing customers.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
Desired: Certified Parts Professional, ASE Certification, multilingual fluency (Spanish highly preferred).
