Job summary

Shoe Station is seeking a dependable Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily operations and support the team in a full-time role. As a key holder, you will lead by example and contribute to a fun, customer-first environment.

You will open/close the store, support the General Manager to reach sales goals, guide associates, and ensure smooth cash handling and loss prevention. Prior supervisory experience is a plus and flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Great customer service and a positive attitude.
• At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Age 18 or older due to keyholder responsibilities.
