Job summary

AT&T in San Jose, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and optimize store performance. You will lead a team, assist with merchandising and product launches, and help deliver best-in-class services to our customers.

This role includes coaching retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, participating in outreach events, and contributing to a positive, collaborative store

Qualifications

• Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have: Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Job description

This position is listed in San Jose, CA (Saratoga). Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals. Compensation

• Our Assistant Store Managers earn between $57,000 - $85,600 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met
• Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $57,000.00 - $85,600.00 + commission $18,000 .
• Salary Range: $57,000.00 - $85,600.00
