About The Position

Our store leadership teams are vital to our business, managing over 430 stores worldwide. They ensure effective operations, develop strategies, and create memorable customer experiences aligned with our mission of “Connecting Active People with Their Passions.”

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead Sales Associates and Supervisors, providing training on products and sales techniques, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement, sales, and profitability. You will support a positive, inclusive environment focused on teamwork and customer service.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead and direct staff to meet performance and operational standards.
• Create engaging shopping experiences and ensure staff knowledge of products and technology.
• Train and coach staff on selling skills; assist in hiring and onboarding.
• Develop and implement sales and operational strategies.
• Support scheduling and labor/expense management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control shrinkage.

You Have

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 5+ years of retail experience
• Proficiency with Inventory and POS systems
• Experience in consumer engagement and sales
• Strong communication skills
