Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, from greeting and to explaining repair options.
• Team Leadership: Help manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability
• Shop Operations: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
• Sales & Revenue: Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and upselling.
• Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including estimates, payments, and recordkeeping. Manage the flow of paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills. Must be a self-starter that can work with little guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics (preferred).
• Proficient in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required).
