Assistant Store Manager

Join Industries for the Blind and Visually Impaired's dynamic team as an Assistant Store Manager at our location on Naval Air Station Webster Field. We seek someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent service while managing inventory, sourcing products, and maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cycle counts and inventory management
• Compliance and accuracy checks of all incoming orders, following best practices for identification and labeling
• Follow-up with vendors regarding order delivery status and reporting issues; maintaining documentation such as Certificates of Conformance

A Day in the Life:

Your day begins with a team briefing, monitoring inventory, processing orders, training staff, ensuring customer service excellence, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with leadership to ensure efficient operations, including updates to PIMS and sourcing needs.
