Trader Buck's Flea Market in Richmond, IN is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff hiring and training, and scheduling. You will help drive guest satisfaction and vendor relations while ensuring smooth store performance seven days a week during open hours 11am–7pm.

We are seeking an experienced and professional Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our flea market. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, schedule shifts, and implement operational processes that attract and retain guests. Successful Assistant Store Managers lead by example and uphold the highest standards in customer service with both our customers and our vendors.
