Job summary

Shoe Station is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations and guide the team. This full-time role acts as a key holder, leading by example and promoting a customer-first environment.

You will support the General Manager, train associates, handle cash and loss prevention, and help with merchandising. Flexible availability is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• At least 2 years in retail or customer service.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Able to complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

What We're Looking For

• Due to keyholder responsibilities, including store opening/closing and equipment use, applicants must be at least 18 years of age
