7-Eleven in the United States seeks an Assistant Store Manager for a Franchisee. You will oversee store operations, coach and train staff, and help franchisee make sound business decisions to create an exceptional guest experience.

You will work directly with the franchisee, recruit and develop employees, manage inventory and pricing, and promote 7-Eleven to the community.

This role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to balance customer service with profitability.
