Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create a superior customer service experience to maximize market penetration, store growth, sales, and profitability.
• Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement.
• Partner with teammates to drive store initiatives.
• Care about people and profit.
• Support your team and manage store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Build, coach, and train your team to deliver excellent customer care and business results.
• Manage inventory, assets, safety, and cleanliness of the store and delivery vehicles.
• Implement operational and marketing programs while continuously improving processes.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure positive experiences both in-store and over the phone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school courses are a plus.
• Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket or DIY industry.
• Passion for customer care and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Preferred: Automotive industry background, experience in retail or management, ASE certifications, NAPA Know How.
