Pay rate: $14 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience.

As an Assistant Store Manager for Pinnacle Sales Company at Jiffy Lube locations, you will have a background in sales and/or customer service, and be great at dealing with people. One year of retail/hospitality management experience is preferred. Previous automotive experience is a plus. You will receive comprehensive training through Jiffy Lube University and hands-on training.
The primary function is to provide an excellent customer experience and oversee store operations. You will assist the General Manager, handle customer interactions, train and coach employees, and manage bank deposits, inventory, and cash control in the absence of the General Manager. This role is key to guest experience and meeting company goals. You will set a positive example with attitude, professionalism, and work ethic.
USD $14.00 - $17.00 /Hr.
