Medley Johns Creek in the Atlanta metro area is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations on-site and supervise team members while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will open and close the store, drive sales with product knowledge of Burdlife’s permanent jewelry and collections, and support styling sessions and piercings. Manage inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention with coaching for the staff.

The Assistant Store Manager helps drive sales by engaging customers, offering product knowledge on Burdlife’s permanent jewelry and collections, and supporting in-store services such as styling sessions and piercings. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, assisting with merchandising, and supporting retail loss prevention practices to safeguard company assets. The role also involves coaching staff, modeling excellent customer service, and ensuring store policies and standards are consistently met.
